Mardan’s court rejected bail plea of accused in Parvinder Singh murder case

Additional Sessions Judge of Mardan’s Local Court Dr Khurshid Iqbal rejected a bail plea of the three accused
involved in the murder of a Sikh young man, who belonged to Shangla.
Lawyer Asfandyar Yousafzai appeared in court on behalf of the slain Parvinder Singh and opposed the bail plea of the accused.

“We have solid evidence, including the vehicle recovered at the time of the murder, the bail applications of the accused should be rejected,” He told the court

He informed the court that the victim’s mobile phone was also recovered from the accused and the call data of the accused proved too.

The court delivered its verdict after hearing the arguments of the victim’s lawyer and rejected the plea for bail of the three accused, however, granted bail to accused Akbar Ali who produced before the court.
The victim was the younger brother of Harmeet Singh who is the first anchor person in Pakistan from the Sikh community.
The Sikh family belongs to the Chakesar area of district Shangla.
